What do we collect?

We collect information you provide directly when you contact us or book a session, such as your name, email, phone number, company, project context and booking information. We may also record country and limited technical information required for security and operation.

In the company readiness assessment, your score is calculated in your browser and is not stored. When you select “Show my plan” we store your answers, score, name, email, company, role and WhatsApp number if you add one, so we can contact you about your result.

We use this information to deliver your request, manage sessions, communicate, prevent abuse, improve the service and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Bookings and payments

Payments associated with Egypt are routed to Paymob, while payments outside Egypt are routed to Stripe. RM × AI does not store full card numbers. The payment provider processes card details under its own policies; we store transaction references, amount, currency and status required for reconciliation and customer support.

Calendar and email

When integrations are enabled, Google Calendar/Meet may be used to create and manage your session, and Resend may be used for confirmation and reminder email. We provide only the data necessary for those functions.

Analytics and storage

Essential storage is used to operate the site and remember your privacy choice. Optional first-party analytics help us understand pages, journeys and acquisition sources and run only after you allow analytics.

Retention and security

We retain data for as long as reasonably required to deliver services, maintain accounting records, resolve disputes and protect the platform. We use access controls, audit logs, Cloudflare protections and verified provider webhooks to reduce risk.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of information we are not required to retain. Contact hello@rmxai.live.

Policy updates

This policy may change as the platform or legal requirements evolve. The update date above identifies the current version.
